Pork & Cabbage Noodle Stir-fry
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, reserving 1 cup of the cooking water. Drain the noodles and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet or wok, cook the ground pork over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.

  3. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.

  4. Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the pork and cabbage mixture in the skillet.

  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together, adding some of the reserved noodle cooking water if needed to loosen the sauce.

  7. Serve the pork and cabbage noodle stir-fry hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
