Blend Cottage Cheese: Blend until smooth.
Mix Ingredients: Combine blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, mozzarella, artichokes, spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Transfer to Dish: Spread mixture in a greased baking dish. Top with a little more mozzarella and parm cheese.
Bake: 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Broil for 1-2 minutes on high until slightly brown on top.
Garnish and Serve: Cool slightly and serve warm.
