Baked Turkish Gnocchi

    Mince:

    Tzatziki:

    Topping:

  1. Marinate the gnocchi with oil, paprika powder and salt. Then bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees / fan oven

  2. Soak the soy granules in vegetable stock for 10 minutes, then drain

  3. Sauté the soy granules, onions and walnuts. Add all the other ingredients for the mince and fry

  4. Grate the cucumber, press the garlic and mix with the remaining ingredients for the tzatziki

  5. Serve the baked gnocchi with the tzatziki, soy mince and toppings
