Comté Potatoes
  1. Thinly slice the potatoes and cut out the discs if you want a fancy top

  2. Cut the edges of the cheese and slice into pieces a little thicker than the potato

  3. Layer up the dish with melted butter on the bottom follow by layers of potato and cheese.. season between the layers with salt, thyme and garlic

  4. Pour over the beef stock and cover with foil or a lid

  5. Bake at 160c/320f for 60 mins for individuals and more like 90-100mins for a large one
