Creamy Mushroom Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  3. Add the onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.

  4. Add the mushrooms and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Pour in the white wine and let it reduce by half.

  6. Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.

  7. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat.

  8. Serve immediately.
