  1. Slice and toast 2 slices of bread. I pan fried, but you can toast, grill, etc

  2. Slice the tomatoes in half and grate the tomatoes over the large holes of a box grater. Discard the peels. Top the tomato puree with olive oil and salt.

  3. Rub the garlic clove over the hot bread, then spread the grated tomatoes over the bread. You can stop here and it will be great, but if you love cheese, do step 4.

  4. OPTIONAL: Place shreds of the burrata ball over the tomato purée, top with salt and olive oil, and enjoy!
