Chocolate Brownie Basque Cheesecake
  1. Whisk sugars and egg until pale

  2. Add melted butter and chocolate

  3. Fold in flour and cocoa and spread into a parchment-lined 8x4 inch loaf tin

  4. Whisk all cheesecake ingredients until smooth

  5. Pour over brownie layer and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until burnt on top and jiggly inside

  6. Serve warm for maximum gooeyness
