  1. Blitz onions and add to minced meat with yogurt, olive oil, and seasoning

  2. Mix until smooth and consistent

  3. Spread mixture on parchment paper and roll into a thin log

  4. Place on baking tray and bake in oven

  5. Halfway through cooking, drain excess liquid

  6. Unravel the roll and top with lemon juice

  7. Return to oven to crisp up

  8. Remove and serve in pitta breads
