Mango Peach Frozen Sorbet
  1. Place the frozen mango, frozen peaches, maple syrup (optional) into a food processor or blender.

  2. Juice ½ a lime over the frozen fruit and then blend until smooth and creamy, stopping and scraping down the sides as needed.

  3. Spoon the frozen mixture into a loaf pan, cover tightly with plastic wrap (or alternatively you can store in a glass airtight container) for at least an hour and enjoy!

  4. If it's too hard to scoop, let the sorbet sit out for 5-10 minutes and then scoop into bowls and serve.
