Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine 3 and ½C flour, sugar, b.p, b.s, and salt.
Combine eggs, sour cream, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
Mix remaining ¼C flour gently with blueberries (if frozen). Then fold into batter.
Scoop into lined muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
