Cookie Dough Chocolate Bar
  1. Combine almond flour, cashew butter, maple syrup and mini chocolate chips until a batter forms

  2. Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls

  3. Press 4 of the tablespoon-sized balls into each chocolate mold

  4. Melt chocolate chips and evenly distribute amongst chocolate bar molds

  5. Shake molds to ensure chocolate settles

  6. Sprinkle with salt flakes, if using, then chill in freezer for 20 minutes

  7. Remove from molds and enjoy
