High Protein Pancakes
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. May need to remove the container and shake to get everything incorporated and blend again.

  2. Preheat a skillet with l oil over medium heat.

  3. Fry the pancakes on each side until golden brown and puffed up in the middle. About 1-2 minutes per side.

  4. Serve with maple syrup and butter.
