In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and corn starch.
Whisk until the corn starch is completely dissolved.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in the sesame seeds.
