"raw" Banana Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Peel and mash bananas.

  3. Add applesauce, oil, yogurt, vanilla, and sugar, and mix well.

  4. Add cinnamon, salt, and flours, and fold in until combined.

  5. Add optional mix-ins and fold in until just combined.

  6. Grease or parchment-line your baking dish (loaf pan, cake dish, muffin tins, anything works but may have to adjust baking time)

  7. Pour batter in baking dish.

  8. Optionally top with coarse sugar and flakey salt.

  9. Bake for 90 minutes.

  10. Let cool for at least 30 minutes.

  11. ENJOY!!
