Spicy Tofu & Rice Bowls
  1. Cook short grain rice according to package directions

  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil

  3. Add cubed tofu and boil gently for 5 minutes

  4. Drain the tofu

  5. Mix drained tofu with gochujang, spicy kimchi hot sauce, maple syrup, tamari, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili crisp

  6. Taste the tofu marinade and adjust seasonings to your liking

  7. Optionally sauté the marinated tofu

  8. Chop savoy cabbage and toss with tamari, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds

  9. Let the cabbage mixture sit until ready to eat

  10. Assemble bowls with cooked rice, marinated tofu, sesame cabbage, avocado, spicy mayo, and roasted seaweed
