Chimichrri Jumbo Shrimp For National Shrimp Day
  1. Butterfly shrimp and pat dry really well (this shrimp comes peeled and de-vein)

  2. Season shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, chipotle powder, garlic and lemon zest; let marinate while making your chimichurri

  3. To make the chimichurri, add all ingredients above to a food processor and give it a blitz

  4. Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium- high heat for about 1-2 minutes per side, depending on size

  5. Once shrimp has cooked, drizzle chimichirri generously and enjoy!
