Bang Bang Chicken
  1. Start by mixing up the bang bang sauce. Reserve a little to serve with your meal for dipping and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix together chicken breast, 1 tbsp avocado oil, soy sauce, sriracha, and seasonings. Mix until chicken is well coated.

  3. In a large pan, heat up 1 tbsp avocado oil over medium high heat. Add chicken. Ensure chicken is spread out and you are not overcrowding the pan. Cook for about 4 minutes undisturbed, or until chicken starts to brown. Flip each piece and cook for a few more minutes (or until chicken is cooked through at 165 degrees internal temperature). Reduce heat to low. Add bang bang sauce and mix well until chicken is coated.

  4. Serve up over some rice, drizzle on the reserved bang bang sauce, and enjoy!
