Ajiaco In Slow Cooker
  1. Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

  2. Saute the onion and green pepper until the onion is translucent.

  3. Add the garlic, tomato sauce, cumin and oregano.

  4. Add this to the vegetables & meat in the crockpot.

  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.

  6. Remove the bay leaf, squeeze in the lime and serve with hot (Cuban!) bread.
