Add the salt to the flour in a mixer.
Add the water and mix for 10-15 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Add the sourdough starter and mix for another 5-10 minutes.
Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl and cover.
Let the dough rest for 12-13 hours at around 20°C.
After resting, gently tip out the dough and shape it.
Bake the shaped dough.
