  1. Add the salt to the flour in a mixer.

  2. Add the water and mix for 10-15 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

  3. Add the sourdough starter and mix for another 5-10 minutes.

  4. Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl and cover.

  5. Let the dough rest for 12-13 hours at around 20°C.

  6. After resting, gently tip out the dough and shape it.

  7. Bake the shaped dough.
