Quick Mexican Beans
  1. Melt down a little pork fat or oil in a pan

  2. Add the chopped Mexican spring onions and a pinch of salt

  3. Cook on low heat

  4. Add the whole jalapeno with seeds

  5. Add the finely chopped garlic

  6. Add the finely chopped cilantro

  7. Add the rinsed pinto beans and some water

  8. Add a little chicken bullion

  9. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes

  10. After 20 minutes, mash up some of the beans with a masher

  11. Simmer and reduce the mixture to the desired consistency
