Crunchy Chickpea Granola
  1. Mix the chia seeds and flaxseeds with water. They'll swell and end up with a bit of a gel around them. This is the 'glue' that sticks the granola together.

  2. Add in a can of drained chickpeas and the pumpkin seeds.

  3. Mix in the smoked paprika, garlic powder and salt.

  4. Pour everything out onto a lined baking sheet and stomp with your potato masher so everything crushes together a bit.

  5. Bake at 180c for 35 mins or until crispy.
