Add the flour, salt and yogurt into a large mixing bowl.
Mix it around with a spoon then just use your hands to gather it all into a dough. If it's too sticky add more flour or too dry add more yogurt.
Transfer onto floured surface and knead lightly with your hands, don't over knead as they will become dense, and cut into 6.
Shape into smooth even balls with your hands.
Preheat your air fryer for a few minutes, brush the tray with oil so the dough doesn't stick, then pop in the rolls leaving space between them.
Brush with egg wash and add poppyseeds if desired (optional).
Air fry on the standard setting at 175c for 12-15 minutes, it only took 12 for me but will depend on size of the rolls.
