Preheat your oven to 325°F and grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups almond flour, ⅓ cup granulated sweetener, 1 tbsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt.
Add ⅔ cup plain yogurt, ¼ cup lemon juice, 3 eggs, and 1 tbsp lemon zest to the dry ingredients. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
