Sheet Pan Layerless Lasagna
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Break lasagna noodles into 1-inch pieces.

  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes, making sure to crumble the meat as it cooks.

  4. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

  5. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  6. Spread the meat sauce in an even layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.

  7. Top with the broken lasagna noodles in an even layer.

  8. Dollop the ricotta cheese over the noodles and spread it out as evenly as possible.

  9. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.

  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the noodles are tender and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.

  11. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
