Pineapple Cream Cheese Cobbler
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Melt butter in a 9×13-inch glass baking dish.

  3. Mix egg, milk, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

  4. Pour batter over butter do not stir.

  5. Arrange pineapple evenly over batter.

  6. Drop cubes on top.

  7. 45 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

  8. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
