Preheat oven 180C
Line baking tray with foil, spray with cooking spray.
3 Create a single layer of Ritz Crackers on the baking tray.
Put butter & sugar in pan on a medium heat to boil for 7 - 9 min. Stir like crazy! Slow rolling boil until light brown. When it starts to really pull away from the pan side it’s done.
Remove mixture from heat and add Vanilla.
Pour mixture over the baking tray Ritz Crackers. Use a spatula to even out the mixture over the crackers.
Bake for 13-15 min until bubbly brown.
Sprinkle Chocolate Chips over the baking tray mix.
Let it all melt & spread evenly with a spatula.
Cool for 2 hours; crack
Store covered in fridge.
