Cut the carrots into chunks and coat in the seasonings and oil
Cut the cauliflower into steaks and coat in spice paste and oil
Roast the cauliflower steaks, carrots, and garlic head until charring
Fry the thinly sliced onion until caramelised
Blend the caramelised onion with the roasted carrots, tahini, water, lemon juice, roasted garlic and miso into a smooth sauce
Serve the cauliflower steaks over the sauce
Garnish with parsley, chilli oil, cream, sesame seeds, and crispy onions and enjoy
