Salmon pasta with greens + yoghurt sauce

    Instructions

  1. Pan fry salmon in olive oil, seasoning both sides with salt and pepper

  2. Cook pasta

  3. Chop both ends off snap peas

  4. Make yoghurt sauce - yoghurt, dill, mint, rice vinegar, lime juice, salt, garlic powder to taste

  5. Chop salmon into bite sized pieces and add to paste

  6. Add snap peas and arugula

  7. Pour in yoghurt sauce and mix well
