Maple Pecan Cake

For 22cm diameter round pattern:

Topping:

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar, adding the oil and the orange juice while whipping.

  3. Add the flour and baking powder and mix until combined and you get a smooth and uniform mixture. Transferring the mixture to a greased mold

  4. Spread chopped pecans on top and bake for about 35-45 minutes.

  5. Take the cake out of the oven and pour the maple syrup on it.
