Vegan Keto Cinnamon Roll Bites
  1. Soak almonds in water for at least 20 minutes or overnight. Rinse and drain them and grind in a food processor or in a strong blender.

  2. Add other ingredients until all combined.

  3. Form the balls with an ice cream scooper or with your hands.

  4. Optionally glaze with lemon glaze.

  5. In a small bowl combine 1 TBS of lemon juice with powdered sweetener and drizzle over energy balls.

  6. Leave them in fridge for 10 minutes & enjoy!
