  1. Open a can of black beans (or use 1.5 cups cooked black beans from dry)

  2. If using canned beans, drain the liquid into a cup for later use

  3. Add the black beans to a blender

  4. Add approximately 0.5 cup of salsa to the blender

  5. Blend the ingredients together

  6. Add bean liquid as needed while blending until you reach your desired dip consistency

  7. Adjust salsa amount to your desired spiciness level

  8. Serve as a dip
