Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle
Lay bacon strips across the pastry
Spread the sauteed onions & Garlic down the center section of the pastry.
Spread 7 oz. shredded cheese on top.
Season Tenderloin with salt, pepper & paprika
Brown the tenderloin in all sides in pan
Slice 3 slits down the middle of the tenderloin
Mix together the softened butter, 5 oz. Shredded cheese, parsley, & finely crushed garlic
Put portions of butter mixture in each slit in the tenderloin
Place the tenderloin on top of the sautéed onions & shredded cheese.
Wrap the bacon slices crisscrossed over the tenderloin.
Wrap the puff pastry around the tenderloin, seal seam and end edges together
Brush with egg wash
sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake at 350* for 35 minutes
