Puff Pastry Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

  1. Sauté the onions & Garlic in a tsp of olive oil until translucent.

  2. Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle

  3. Lay bacon strips across the pastry

  4. Spread the sauteed onions & Garlic down the center section of the pastry.

  5. Spread 7 oz. shredded cheese on top.

  6. Season Tenderloin with salt, pepper & paprika

  7. Brown the tenderloin in all sides in pan

  8. Slice 3 slits down the middle of the tenderloin

  9. Mix together the softened butter, 5 oz. Shredded cheese, parsley, & finely crushed garlic

  10. Put portions of butter mixture in each slit in the tenderloin

  11. Place the tenderloin on top of the sautéed onions & shredded cheese.

  12. Wrap the bacon slices crisscrossed over the tenderloin.

  13. Wrap the puff pastry around the tenderloin, seal seam and end edges together

  14. Brush with egg wash

  15. sprinkle with sesame seeds

  16. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes
