Heat up a wok and add some oil. Sauté the tofu cubes until each side is golden brown.
Meanwhile mix the sauce ingredients until combined.
Add the garlic, chili & spring onion. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add the taugé, noodles and the sauce. Stir everything for 2-3 minutes.
Serve and top with cilantro, fried onions & sesame seeds.
