Mix first 6 ingredients together for pancake batter.
Mix next 4 ingredients together for cinnamon swirl (put in squirt bottle if available).
Mix last 2 ingredients together for icing.
Put knob of butter in cast iron pan on the stovetop at medium-low heat, and form pancakes when the butter starts bubbling.
Add a bit of water and cover the pan with a lid until the pancake batter bubbles.
Remove the lid and add some cinnamon sugar in a spiral pattern on each pancake. Place the lid on the pan again and let it steam for 4 to 5 minutes.
When cooked, plate the pancakes and drizzle with the icing.
