Gingersnaps
  1. Cream the butter and first amount of sugar well. Beat in the egg and mix in the molasses.

  2. Stire the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and salt together and add. Mix well.

  3. Shape into 1 inch balls.

  4. Roll in sugar and place on prepared cookie sheets.

  5. Bake in 350F oven for 10-12 minutes.
