Fall Harvest Salad With Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. On a sheet pan, add the butternut squash, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine, and arrange in a single layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until fork tender. Set aside.

  2. In a mason bar, add all of the ingredients for the dressing. Cover, and shake to combine. Refrigerate until ready to assemble the salad.

  3. In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the salad, and toss to combine. Drizzle the dressing on top, and serve immediately.
