Cook Chili Sesame Saucy Noodles, and set them aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and Greek yogurt.
In a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat, add the oil until hot.
Spread the Saucy Noodles evenly and cook until the noodles get slightly crispy.
Pour the prepared egg mixture all over the noodles, then place chili crisp, cheese, and sausage.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the eggs are set around the edges.
Fold it in half, and cook for a minute or so.
Garnish with mayo, tonkatsu sauce (or sriracha sauce), and furikake.
