Crispy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
  1. Heat the air fryer to 375°F for at least 10 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, rinse, scrub, and dry 2 medium russet potatoes.

  3. Use a fork to prick the potatoes in a few places.

  4. Drizzle the potatoes with 1 teaspoon neutral oil and rub with your hands to coat the potatoes.

  5. Season the potatoes with ½ teaspoon kosher salt.

  6. Place the potatoes in the preheated air fryer.

  7. Roast until the potatoes can be easily pierced with a paring knife, about 40 minutes.

  8. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer with tongs, then cut each one lengthwise to split.

  9. Serve with butter, salt, and pepper, or as desired.
