Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker
Pour over the sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce
Add the grated garlic and onion powder
Stir gently to coat the chicken
Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred
Remove the lid and shred the chicken directly in the pot using two forks
Mix the shredded chicken through the sauce to coat every piece
Serve onto baked potatoes, in wraps or tacos, over rice or noodles, or tossed through a salad
