Brush the corn with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper and a small amount of cajun seasoning. Air fry at 400 for about 12-15 minutes or you can grill at 375 for about the same amount of time.
Chop all of the vegetables into small uniform pieces and put them into a large bowl.
Mix the dressing.
Rub the steak with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Heat a cast iron skillet or a grill to medium/high heat and cook to desired doneness. Chop into bite sized pieces.
Assemble the salad and pour the dressing over it. Toss well. Enjoy right away!
