Creamy Street Corn Chicken Pasta Salad
  1. Boil the pasta according to the package directions.

  2. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

  3. Season the chicken with Cowboy Butter Seasoning, Garlic & Herb Seasoning, All-Purpose Seasoning, paprika, and Carne Asada Seasoning.

  4. Cook the chicken in a buttered pan until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then chop into bite-sized cubes.

  6. In a lightly oiled pan, add the corn and season with Carne Asada Seasoning.

  7. Cook until the corn is slightly charred.

  8. Chop the red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.

  9. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, Carne Asada Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

  10. Mix until smooth.

  11. Add the pasta, chicken, charred corn, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to the bowl.

  12. Toss until everything is well coated.

  13. Chill before serving and enjoy.
