Cream Cheese Frosting for Brownies and Strawberries
  1. For the cream cheese frosting: in a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer set on low speed blend together 3 oz. cream cheese (slightly softened), 4 Tbsp (56g) unsalted butter softened, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar. Increase mixer speed to high and whip until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Pipe or spread over brownie bites.
