  3. Sticky Lemon Tofu: ¼ lemon's juice, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cane sugar, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp corn starch, Boiling water

  4. Tofu Peanut Satay: 15g (1 tbsp) peanut butter, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp sugar, 100ml (3 ½ fl oz) canned coconut milk
