Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Using a tablespoon or an ice cream scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking tray.
Flatten slightly with the back of a fork. You should get around 10–12 cookies.
Bake for 12–15 minutes. Enjoy!
