Choc Chip Peanut Butter Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

  4. Using a tablespoon or an ice cream scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking tray.

  5. Flatten slightly with the back of a fork. You should get around 10–12 cookies.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes. Enjoy!
