Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Heat margarine in 9 x 13 x 2 inches pan.
Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board.
Knead 5 times.
Roll dough into rectangle, 10 x 6 inches.
Cut lengthwise into halves; cut each half into 12 ¾-inch sticks.
Roll each stick in margarine in pan.
Bake until light brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
