Soy Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
  1. Season your chicken thighs with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

  2. Cook in the air fryer at 370F for 8mins.

  3. Into a bowl add the following ingredients: 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 1 Tbsp Brown Stevia, ½ Tsp Sesame Oil, 30g Honey, 3 Minced Garlic and give it a good mix.

  4. After 8 mins coat the chicken thighs in the sauce mixture and cook them in the air fryer for 6 more mins at 400F.

  5. While the thighs are finishing up, use the remaining sauce to baste the chicken thighs to develop a nice golden sweet exterior every 2 mins (Total of 2 times).

  6. Into a container add the following ingredients: 1 Cucumber, 1 Tsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tsp Brown Stevia, 5ml Sesame Oil, 5ml Soy Sauce, Pinch of Gochugaru or Chili powder, Salt and Pepper.

  7. Close and shake until even coated.

  8. Separate the chicken and cucumber salad into 2 equal servings, add 150g of rice, garnish with green onions.
