Viral Chickpea Blondies
  1. Rinse, drain and pat dry your chickpeas.

  2. Add the chickpeas to a blender or food processor with nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt and combine until smooth.

  3. Add in almond flour and blend again.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips.

  5. Spread the mixture evenly into an 8"x8" baking dish lined with parchment paper.

  6. Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.

  7. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (I baked mine for 30 minutes).

  8. Let cool for at least 20 minutes.

  9. Place in the refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight, slice and enjoy!
