Raspberry & White Chocolate Protein Baked Oats
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan.

  2. Whisk the mashed bananas, almond milk, honey and vanilla in a large bowl.

  3. Mix the oats, protein powder, flaxseed, chia and baking powder in a separate bowl, then stir into the wet mix.

  4. Fold the raspberries and white chocolate through.

  5. Pour into a glass dish.

  6. Bake 25–30 minutes, until golden and just set.

  7. Cool slightly, cut into four.

  8. Serve warm with a dollop of Greek yoghurt and a few extra raspberries.
