Fried Rice - Cơm Chiên
  1. In a large wok or pan on med-high heat Drizzle in about 1 Tbsp of neutral oil

  2. Add proteins, stir until cooked, remove and set aside

  3. Add Chinese Sausage (if using) stir for a minute then add minced yellow onions, stir for 30 seconds

  4. Add frozen peas & carrots, stir for 30 seconds then push to the side

  5. Add eggs, slowly stir to scramble then mix in with the peas & carrots

  6. Add rice, carefully separate the cold rice up using a spatula if it's in clump. Stir for about 5 minutes or until the rice has soften

  7. Add cooked Proteins back in, then slowly pour in the fried rice sauce Stir until well combined

  8. Garnished with chopped Green Scallions

  9. Turn off heat

  10. Serve and enjoy!
