Chop some baby potatoes and shove them in a deep baking dish
Mix 300-400ml (or however much covers the potatoes when in the tray) vegan chicken stock or can use veg stock if easier
Add 1 tsp of smoked paprika, onion granules, oregano, parsley, the juice of 1 large lemon and 5 finely chopped garlic cloves and a tbsp of oil to the stock
Pour over your potatoes, add some fresh sprigs of rosemary and bake at 200 degrees for around an hour and a half
Keep checking them and stirring them, if they start to crisp too much but haven't absorbed all of the stock adjust the temperature and cover with foil
